This is a selection of the residential buildings under Yak Management, grouped by neighborhood. Many properties aren't shown here at all — owner privacy comes first, and a portfolio page is not worth a client's discomfort.

What the list does show is the shape of the book: small and mid-sized residential buildings, concentrated in central and south Brooklyn, with a deliberate weighting toward rent-stabilized and voucher-supported housing rather than luxury lease-ups.
