Yak Management is a boutique, principal-led property management company based in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. In roughly four years we've grown from a few dozen units to nearly 400 — almost entirely through referrals and reputation.
We're not a national franchise, and we don't operate like one. Our team stays close to every building, every owner, and every tenant. That means the people who work here are trusted with real responsibility and judged on real results: fast responses, well-run buildings, and relationships that last.

Roles we hire for
As we grow, we look for property managers, leasing agents, operations and maintenance coordinators, and administrative support. We also value experience with AppFolio and NYC multifamily or rent-stabilized housing.
